f+s accepts returns within 3 days of the date your item was delivered. Customers are responsible for postage fees & returning jewelry in same condition. If jewelry shows signs of use, it won't qualify for a refund. Once the tracking updates to delivered, the refund will be processed. Please send the tracking info to our email (firstname.lastname@example.org) immediately.

f+s accepts exchanges only for" incorrect sizing" within 3 days of the date your item was delivered. Customers are responsible for postage fees & returning jewelry in same condition. Once the package is updated via tracking that it is in transit, we will send the package. Please email us the tracking info and your name to email@example.com.
