When will my order ship?

Once your order is placed, our team takes 1-2 business days to prepare and ship. Your tracking number is immediately sent to your inbox. If you don't see it, make sure to check your spam folders. (Sale days or releases can significantly increase our teams processing times) Be patient with us, we have a small team.

Why have I gotten an order confirmation email but no shipping confirmation yet?

This simply means, your order is still processing & our team is still working on fulfilling. Small businesses face challenges due to employing a small team, which is why delays can occur near sale events.

Do you accept returns for exchanges or refunds?

Too big? Too small? Too something else? If you’re not completely satisfied, or simply just change your mind, you can return your products within 3 days. You can return any product, as long as it’s in unused. If your merchandise is found to be used, damaged, foreign+supply may refuse to refund or exchange your items. My tracking link says my order was delivered but I can’t find it. What should I do?

 USPS can accidentally deliver mail to neighbours just by one or two houses/units in most cases. You can contact them at 1-800-275-8777 & check up with them to see if they've gotten any black mailers with your name on it!

 Often but rare, clients have said USPS declares shipments delivered one day early prior to actual delivery.

Checking your local USPS center with tracking number in hand could yield a lost package. If the parcel is around, they will be able to easily find it.
